In/Out

In/Out formed in 1984 from a common desire to perform music different from what was available in the local scene. Focusing on aggressive pop with a frequently funky edge, the band quickly developed a following in clubs and on campuses across the midwest, and in 1986 they were selected as finalists in the Campus Voice "New Music Search", landing their single "What's He Got" on college radio stations across the US.

Though the band continued to write and perform to a loyal fan base, and even managed the occasional appearance on regional radio, the "deal" eluded them, and in 1991 the band dissolved.
